I've been doing a lot of family history work lately. I've been typing up life stories of some of our ancestors to post on Ancestry.com, along with some obituaries and filling in some holes we had in the family line.
I switch back and forth from helping mom and then dad. I just go by whoever has the best leads at the moment. Then I usually get stuck and then the other parent has some stuff. It keeps me rather busy. I enjoy it very much. I really feel like I'm helping our family members. It has been really cool learning about their lives and their adventures. We dedicated a family home eveing learning about some of our ancestors. That was cool to be able to share with the kids.
