I never posted the pictures I took from the first day of school. Lennon and Abby are both doing wonderful so far. They both like their classes and their teachers. Lennon is in the 5th grade and Abby is in 3rd grade. Meghan is here at home with me. She has a January birthday so she goes to kindergarten next fall.

Yosemite
On Bill's birthday September 5, we went to Yosemite with his mom and Sister Kelly and her husband Ace and their kids. Surprisingly enough it was our first time there, but it won't be our last. It was a beautiful place and we had a lot of fun.

One of the kids favorite things to do in all of Yosemite was to ride on the shuttle bus standing up.

Happy Birthday Lennon
We have a son that is a decade old. Double digits! It is so crazy.
Happy Birthday Lennon, We love you!
I took cupcakes to Lennon's class after school. No more 20 kids he has at least 30 which equals 2 cake mixes!
At dinner Bill said to me "we have had kids for ten years"
After dinner we went to a awards ceremony and then to Target for Lennon to spend his $25 gift card he won from the summer reading program at the Library. Then we went to Baskin Robbins for ice cream.

Go City
For Lennon to fulfill the requirements for his bear badge we needed to go to a high school, college, or professional sporting event. Since Sac City is really close we decided to go support our local team. Friday night Bill said there was a football game. We walked over to the school and when we got there it wasn't a football game it was a women's soccer game. We decided to go ahead and stay for the game. It was great! We had a fun time. The game was really good. They ended up with a tie 1-1. The Sac City team played a team from Mendocino. We scored first and then towards the end the other team scored. We'll have to go to some more games.
P.S. I did bring my camera. When I got it out to use it the batteries were dead.
