At the school before Thanksgiving Abby's class had a Thanksgiving dinner with the 1st grade class next door. The first graders dressed up like Pilgrims and Abby's 2nd grade class dressed up like Indians. They shared a meal and a short program together. Abby's class shared some poems and a song.
For Lennon's class I took our Garfield Thanksgiving movie and made some homemade popcorn to share with his class. I felt bad that they didn't have a party planned. I guess 4th graders don't have much in the way of parties. The class enjoyed the movie and popcorn.
