On Friday we went to Apple Hill. I took the kids and we went with Leah, Mason and Ali and Elizabeth and Houston. We had fun. We enjoyed the first rain of the season too. Good thing we brought our rain jackets. The kids liked the Kids Inc. farm. They had a corn maze, and farm animals. We ate a pie.
The train was closed at El Dorado but no matter. We were still able to get chased by a goose. What could be more fun than that. This goose was mean. Meghan started crying and I turned around and this goose was flapping his wings and honking at her. Lennon honked at the goose and that made it mad. He honked and chased Lennon. We got out of there quick.
Then we ended up at Hill Top and went to the Fudge Factory and got a treat. We also hung out at the trout pond and fed the fish and ducks. The fish were really cool. They jumped out of the water a lot.
We got our apples and apple juice then all enjoyed hot chocolate and apple cider. What a great day!!
